Do I need to download any app? +
No. TexAI works entirely through WhatsApp. You just send a fabric photo to our WhatsApp number and the bot handles everything. No app download, no account setup, no login.
How does the free trial work? +
Every new user automatically receives 6 free credits. Because 1 image costs 1 credit, you can use these to generate 6 individual single-angle shots, or mix it up by generating 1 multishot set (4 credits) and 2 single-angle shots. No card required, no signup, no expiry.
How do I pay for more credits? +
It's completely automated directly inside WhatsApp. Simply type buy in the chat, and the bot will ask you to select a bundle. You'll receive a secure Razorpay link to complete your payment via UPI, card, or wallet. Credits are added to your account instantly the moment payment clears.
What types of clothing can I generate? +
We currently support 14 distinct garment styles. Women: Kurti, Saree, Suit / Salwar, Lehenga, Dress, T-Shirt, Shirt. Men: Kurta, Shirt, Sherwani, T-Shirt, Pathani Suit, Nehru Jacket, Polo Shirt.
What kind of fabric photos work best? +
Flat-lay fabric shots on a clean surface work best. The AI can also work with photos of fabric on a loom or folded fabric, but flat photos give the cleanest output. Good lighting makes a big difference.
How long does generation take? +
A single image takes about 30 to 60 seconds. A full 4-angle multishot takes about 1 to 2 minutes — the front arrives first so you see progress, then the remaining 3 angles follow. The multishot takes longer because the AI ensures your garment's styling stays consistent across all 4 angles.
What commands does the bot understand? +
You can control the bot at any time by typing: new — clears your current session so you can start over · credits — checks your remaining credit balance · buy — brings up the menu to purchase more credits · hi / hello — restarts the welcome menu.
Can I use TexAI for all fabric types? +
Yes. Sarees, kurtas, suit fabric, shirt fabric, dress material — all work. The AI is optimised for Indian textile patterns including silk, cotton, georgette, chiffon, and synthetic blends.
Are my fabric photos and designs secure? +
Yes. Your photos and generated assets are stored securely and are private by default. They are never shared with other users. You own all the images generated from your fabric photos.
What happens if I'm not happy with a generated image? +
You can regenerate with a different garment style or template. Images that clearly failed due to a system error are not counted against your usage. Contact us at hello@texai.co.in for any issues.
