These Terms of Service govern your use of Mohor, a service operated by Shreyansh Kamaleshbhai Sodvadiya, Surat, Gujarat, India (Udyam: UDYAM-GJ-22-0623102) ("Mohor", "we", "our", "us").
By sending a message to our WhatsApp number or purchasing credits, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Mohor is an AI catalogue photography service delivered over WhatsApp. You send a photograph of a garment; the service generates images of that garment presented on a synthetic model, and returns them to you.
All models, faces and backgrounds in the generated images are artificially generated. They do not depict real people.
You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for a business or professional purpose. By using Mohor you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent.
Mohor is sold as prepaid credits. One credit is consumed per generated image. There is no subscription and no automatic recurring charge.
Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change; a change never affects credits already purchased. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You keep all rights in the garment photographs you send us. We do not claim ownership of them.
You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit and process your photographs for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your generated images, and to hold them for a reasonable period so you can retrieve past results. This licence ends when the material is deleted.
Images produced for you are yours to use commercially — catalogues, listings, social media, print and advertising — without further permission or payment to us.
We may display generated images as samples of our own work only where you have given us permission to do so.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every photograph you send. You must not upload:
We may refuse or stop processing any request, and suspend accounts that breach this section.
Generated images are synthetic interpretations, not photographs of your actual product. Fabric texture, embroidery detail, drape and above all colour may differ from the physical garment.
Review every image before you publish it or show it to a buyer. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you present to your own customers, including any colour or specification representation.
We do not warrant that any particular image will be commercially usable, nor that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Delivering the service requires sending your photographs to third-party providers for messaging, AI image generation and image analysis. These providers process the material under their own terms. The current list is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Mohor is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue the service permanently, we will refund unused credits.
Support is by email and WhatsApp during Indian business hours. We do not offer a guaranteed response time or uptime commitment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, or costs arising from your use of a generated image — for example a print run based on an image you did not check.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
You may stop using Mohor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use is fraudulent, or where required by law. On termination for a reason other than your breach, unused credits are refunded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by direct discussion before commencing proceedings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
