Privacy Policy — Mohor AI

1. Who We Are

Mohor ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered catalogue photo service operated by Shreyansh Kamaleshbhai Sodvadiya, Surat, Gujarat, India (Udyam: UDYAM-GJ-22-0623102). We provide a WhatsApp-based bot that puts finished garments on models and converts fabric photos into professional catalogue images.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Mohor via WhatsApp, we collect:

Your WhatsApp phone number — to identify your account and send results back to you.
Garment and fabric photos you send — processed by our AI pipeline to generate catalogue images.
Language preference — the language you select (English, हिंदी, ગુજરાતી) is stored so you receive responses in your chosen language.
Usage data — number of images generated, timestamps, and plan status for billing and service delivery.
Payment information — UPI transaction IDs submitted to verify top-up payments. We do not store card or bank details.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process your garment and fabric photos and deliver generated images via WhatsApp.
To manage your account credits and billing.
To store generated images in your catalogue for later retrieval.
To improve the accuracy and quality of our AI models (anonymised, aggregated data only).
To send service notifications (e.g., "Your catalogue image is ready").

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Mohor uses the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

Meta / WhatsApp Business API — message delivery and, where you reach us from an advertisement, the referral information Meta attaches to your first message. Subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
Third-party AI image-generation provider — the garment or fabric photo you send is transmitted to an external image-generation API which renders it on a model. Images are sent for processing only and are not used by us to train models.
Content-moderation provider — uploaded and generated images are screened automatically for prohibited content before delivery.
Payment processor — if you purchase a credit pack, your payment is handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Cloud hosting and database providers — for running the Mohor service and storing your account, credit balance and generated images.
Web analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics for texai.co.in.

We disclose these by category rather than by vendor name. If you need the identity of a specific processor — for example for your own compliance review — email hello@texai.co.in and we will provide it.

5. Data Retention

Generated catalogue images are retained in your account for as long as you remain an active user. Garment and fabric photos sent for processing are not retained beyond the time needed to complete generation. You can request deletion of your data at any time by messaging the bot with "delete my data" or emailing us.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your catalogue is private by default — only you can access your generated images unless you share a link. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Opt out of the service at any time by stopping use of the WhatsApp bot.

8. Children's Privacy

Mohor is a business tool intended for traders and merchants. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users via WhatsApp if material changes are made. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
